VC6 issues on Win7
Issue 1: Program gets halted after breaking it in debugging
Solution: Download http://www.dr-hoiby.com/TLLOC.dll and replace "Common/MSDev98/Bin/TLLOC.dll"

Issue 2: Chinese problem 中文字可以顯示，但是刪除一個中文字要用兩個倒退鍵，且游標的位置指到中文字上時怪怪的
Solution: 這是因為安裝 VC6 時，Win7 是英文版，或者顯示語言為英文的關係。解決方法「可能」是安裝 VC6 之前只要確定底下的註冊表值：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\Locale 為 404
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\LocaleName 為 zh-TW
這樣子再安裝 VC6 應該就可以正常顯示及編輯中文了。
