Clear the compatibility setting on Win7

Once we choose to run a program in compatibility mode, we are unable to change it back even if we uninstall the program and re-install it in the same location. To clear the compatibility setting, we need to launch the 'regedit' utility and delete a key under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Microsoft
Windows NT
CurrentVersion
AppCompatFlags
Layers

We need to find our program's data in above location and delete it in order to clear the compatibility setting. This information was found in superuser.
